LWVLC will participate in the No Kings March on March 28, 2026 to protest nonviolently against the Trump administration’s ongoing brutality and abuses of power, including the latest escalation in Minnesota.

About the Event
Please plan to join in as LWVLC participates as a group in the No Kings 3 March on Saturday, March 28, from 1 pm to 3 pm, beginning at F&M Park in Traverse City and proceeding through downtown. According to Traverse Indivisible, unlike past No Kings events, there will be no program as the focus will be on visibility, joyful noise, and peaceful resistance.
LWVLC members plan to meet up near the corner of Washington and Hope Streets. The 20 League-made signs will be passed out to League members on a first-come, first-served basis.
To find a parking spot near the park, it is recommended that you arrive early. Those who wish to carpool should meet up in the parking lot of Tom’s Food Market at the intersection of M-22 and M-72 by 12:15 pm. Please notify Natalie by text at 248-408-3532 if you plan to join the carpool group,…
