About the Event

In this community talk, Bartlomiej Skorupa will share data-driven insights on what is happening in immigration today, using concrete facts to demystify a topic that is polarizing our communities. Bart is the co-founder of Mobile Pathways, a nonprofit whose immigration data and analysis has been used by major media outlets, reaching more than 30 million people in the past year.

Mobile Pathways helps government, journalists, and immigration practitioners understand fast-changing trends in near real time so communities can focus on what is true, what is changing, and what actually works.

We will explore what the data shows, how we got here, and practical steps forward that can strengthen fairness, accountability, and transparency in the immigration system.

Plan for 90 minutes total: Doors will open at 5:30 PM. There will be a 45-minute presentation followed by 45 minutes of audience Q&A. This event is free, but registration is required at https://lp.constantcontactpages.com/ev/reg/xkuy2xs.
